Here are some important reasons why you should book inside the LCT Europe Show hotel block:

  1. Booking in the block helps the fiscal livelihood of the show. LCT Europe Show is bound by contract to fulfill a specific block of rooms in order to offer you a special rate. If we don’t meet the quota, we are financially responsible for any unused rooms. That may eventually result in increased registration or exhibit booth fees.
  2. Be where all the action is! All LCT Europe Show events are all located at the host hotel. There is no need for taxi cab costs and you can save your feet for exploring the exhibit hall. Also, all of the other attendees are staying at the host hotel so you can network and talk shop anywhere on site.
  3. Pick up your badge when you arrive at the hotel! Check-in at the registration desk then grab your badge. This will save you valuable time and taxi money!

The Maritim Hotel Frankfurt is the LCT Europe Show headquarters hotel.  Any offers from other hotels and/or travel agencies are not endorsed byLCT Europe Show or Bobit Business Media. Don’t be fooled by offers from other parties using the LCT Europe Show name – they are NOT affiliated with LCT Europe Show or Bobit Business Media. Hospitality and Special Events

Your company is required to be registered for LCT Europe Show to maintain a hospitality suite, or conduct a special event during LCT Europe Show. You must request approval from LCT Europe Show 45 days prior to the event. The suite or special event host is responsible for making the arrangements for the hospitality event with Maritim Hotel Frankfurt and is responsible for all charges. No events will be permitted that conflict with any official portion on the LCT Europe Show program. Promotion of the event may occur at the host’s booth or if the event is open to the entire conference delegation, a request can be made to be included in the program guide. LCT Europe Show reserves the right to not approve an event or hospitality room in conjunction with the event. Maritim Hotel Frankfurt has been advised not to book an event unless it has been approved by LCT Europe Show in advance. No event can be conducted during exhibit hours.
